My name is Nick Henson, and I founded the Hypnotik family with one goal in mind: deliver reliable, transparent, and high quality technology solutions without the confusion or upselling that too often defines this industry.

Hypnotik Computers and Repair is the parent company, serving the Colorado Springs community with device repair, custom builds, board level electronics work, and everyday tech help. Hypnotik MSP grew out of that same foundation, purpose built to serve businesses, organizations, and communities that need a dedicated IT partner, not just a vendor to call when something breaks.

I bring years of hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure management, network design, cybersecurity, and custom system building. I currently work in professional IT operations while completing advanced coursework in Information Technology and Management, with a focus on security, enterprise systems, and modern infrastructure. That combination of field experience and academic discipline means every engagement, whether a managed IT contract or a board level repair, is approached with structure, documentation, and a standard I hold myself to every day.
